Adrienne Michelle, LMFT, is a therapist and expert in diversity and inclusion. She received her Master’s Degree from Thomas Jefferson University and as a therapist, facilitator and speaker found herself being consulted with for many efforts of D&I. Her passion stems from being a facilitator for over ten years, educating communities about diversity and inclusion with an emphasis on race, gender and sexual diversity. She has been a guest educator at several major universities such as UNCG, NCCU & Duke; has trained over 700 professionals advocating for positive representation in all areas of sexual, racial and gender diversity and inclusion. She strives to continue her advocacy by using an intersectional perspective as a therapist, educator, and speaker throughout her career.


Brittany Glover

Brittany Glover

Brittany Glover, SAFe 4.5 Agilist, CSM, CPO — is a transformative and data-driven Product Management executive, UI/UX Engineer and educator with 15+ years of industry experience. Brittany has spent the last 10 years working with SugarCRM, IBM, CA Technologies, Credit Karma/Intuit and others in product strategy, management and innovation, delivering high-quality, customer approved SaaS and mobile applications. Her passion stems from experiencing discrimination first hand through high level tech companies and creating approaches that were beneficial in her experience as well as within the organization as a whole. She has a strong foundation in UI/UX development, and has also spent in-depth time working with global startups, accelerator and innovation initiatives to achieve organizational KPIS and OKRS within the SDLC, product management and strategy development space. As a DEI coach and consultant she continues to help teams redefine inclusion and culture across the board, using her intersectional abilities to assist companies with their innovation, creativity and actively takes businesses on a journey to help them transform.

Through serving in a myriad of roles including application development, product and program management, Brittany continues to help teams redefine inclusion and culture across the board. Brittany enjoys cultivating diverse, equitable and inclusive teams, and ensuring lean product development matches the internal business pulse/promise.

Identifying as a black queer woman in technology, Brittany shares intersectional experiences via Intersections that changed the trajectory of her career and life. Her mission is to create more equitable practices through business operations and product management with an intersectional lens.

You can count on Brittany to use her abilities, experiences and knowledge to assist companies with their strategy and tactical transformations, all while driving innovation, ethics and creative solutions. Brittany is the Co-Owner of Intersections, a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion company, and Owner of LBG Media, a Product Management Consulting agency. LBG Media consults with accelerated startup founders to build intuitive mobile-first applications with brilliant user experiences to position customers' products as prominent leaders in the market.
